Array ( [sid] => 174413 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Wisp of Fire [time] => 2012-11-28 14:26:16 [hometext] => For Mary - she is battling the war of Alzheimers. God Bless and keep her. [bodytext] => She's such a wisp of heavenly fire
She's wonder, joy, a live wire
But now, nature's pulled a joke
Her mind's going; it's broke

Still all that she is and will be
Remains within, loose, free
She may not know the true day
Still, she'll have her life say

She makes all around her smile
Makes you want to stay awhile
Makes me laugh, cry, feel good
Makes me feel as only a friend could

This disease may pull its cruel evil
It may cause her mind to baffle
She is stronger than it can dish
Her happiness is our only wish

Hidden deep within the strange words
Standing behind her slide downward
Lies the joy that embodies all she consisits
Mary is what life sends to us in twists

My friend always, my laughter forever
Love of her children to never falter
We'll partake of all she comprises
Her today carries the morrow's sunrises

Hang in there, sweet pea, believe and know
We'll hold your hand; bask in your glow
Together, family and friends, we'll be there
The future has so much more for us to share [comments] => 2 [counter] => 156 [topic] => 55 [informant] => dvtpdw [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => dedicatedpoems )
