not knowing what to do
I didnt want this to happen
to me or to you

but things have changed dramatically
they cannot be undone
this is about happiness
the happiness of our son

you tell him he will see me soon
to keep his mind contained
we both know it's a lie
& so the fact Remains

we cannot both be with him
you've made it very clear
now I will do what I must
for the child I love so dear

if you've never read between the lines
I would assume that you will start
you've tried so hard to destroy me
& tear my world apart

I've tried so hard to make this right
now I will show you how
you really are not ready
for what is coming now

legal Retribution
I'm fighting for my son
we will see who has this victory
when your divorce is done

I am truly sorry for this
& what I have to do
but our son needs his father
more than I need you

I've tried so hard to avoid this

to me or to you

If more fathers did this it would be less fathers that abandon
their children and I commend you for That.
