but something in my telling her
that only she would know
the words are set up perfectly
but somehow it didnt show

telling her & showing her
threw all eternity
that is what I missed
& I lost my destiny

I found out where I went wrong
I caught my own mistake
but by time I found the answer
I found I was too late

I had 10 years with her
a daughter & a son
looking back at my regrets
but there really is none

I told her that I loved her
but I really think she knew
the love I have for only her

I can tell you I am getting ready to go through a divorce of 16 years and regardless of circumstance it's never easy.. So far everything I have read of yours i have enjoyed.. Keep up the work my friend.
