[bodytext] => A mystical aspiration, uncontrolled desire, Words unspoken set hearts afire, Has the world of poetry passed me by, Wounded pride, leave tears in my eyes, Path of self destruction, drowning in my own emotion, Turning a blind eye to hurt, expressing my pain in these here words, Love dissolved into mindless chatter, trying to survive a heart that's shattered, Forgive a life-time of past regression, suicidal thoughts and cryptic messages, Beyond belief, a life incomplete, A man hidden by his self built prison, Not allowing another to love, turning his back on the only one, He is the only one to blame, he uses his mask to hide his pain, My words fall on deaf ears, leaving me alone to fight my fears, A heart's beat echos in the distance alone at war with fading resistance, Superficial happiness on a never ending journey of loneliness, I give into heartbreak on a search for the Raven to renew my faith.
