Had enough of this so called reality
Grown weary of life's cruel little joke
Want out of this heart breaking yoke

Each new strike that brings the tears
Can't forget others throughout the years
Each new step taken on a forward path
Keep encountering disillusionment, wrath

Words, images constantly bite into my space
Only fear the ones yelled behind my face
Why don't your actions, words you speak
Reveal truth of what it is you really seek

Tired of deciphering what your words mean
Actions always opposite of what they seem
Performed this function each day I wake
Maybe I'll never find the right path to take

The sun may still come up bright today
The moon, as always, will laugh my way
Still no message appears for me to see
As old as I am, have no idea who to be [comments] => 3 [counter] => 148 [topic] => 48 [informant] => dvtpdw [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

Very sad but great writing.
You gotta be who you are. If someone is demanding different well you need to think about if you're going in the wrong direction or not.
Hang tuff and If you need a friend, well, I'm usually here some where.
Blessings, huggs, smiles,
emy

There is a great couple of lines to a song...
"They had my future wrapped up in a parcel,
But no one ever thought of asking me."
Don't despair with what others expect.
You are your own person. The dreams you have to follow are your dreams. No one elses.
Good work.
