Seek answers that continue to elude
Life screams forward ignoring all stops
Words cascade down in glistening drops

Tomorrow begins in the beat of now
Yesterday hides, afraid to grant how
Where do you turn when nothing's real
How do you know this is your fate seal

Day grants the light that gives you air
Night disguises what is or isn't fair
Salty tears contain the seeds to grieve
Smiles reverb giving the chance to believe

Stand side by side as together is gained
Listen, life is playing your love refrain
Today may seem impossible to succeed
Fear holds us back, trying to impede

Once you cross over danger's threshold
Gaining momentum, growing ever bold
What's happening now very soon will be
The stuff that fills up our vase of memories [comments] => 2 [counter] => 134 [topic] => 21 [informant] => dvtpdw [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )
