For Rob, (ROBERT BURNS)

Contributed by emystar on Sunday, 29th July 2012 @ 01:40:52 PM in AEST
Topic: dedicatedpoems

Oh Rob you was and still are
my good friend.
Now you are one of my angels
at heaven's door.
You are now pain free
As you sing on heavens shore.

You retored my faith by
being fateful.
You showed the world
dedication
Burning midnight oil
to write.
You soared in your imagination.

Your love for your wife
and family lives in each word
You wrote.
Now, I know they are
thankful for every tune
And awesome love notes.

R.I.P my friend.
May God give your wife and family his peace that passeth all Earthly understanding.

A sad story indeed.
One thought did really resonate with me though, when you said he was and still is a good friend.
Loved that sentiment, reminds me that people are always in your thoughts even when they have passed from sight.
Nice work.

Steve

These beautiful words for your dear friend Robert ring out and can not but touch profoundly the heart of every reader. Robert hears them too and will always be your special angel.
His family is blessed to have you to teach the world dedication, faithfulness and love.

Be blessed for this poetic gem of love, faithful ness and devoted friendship.and its enduring bond.

Love, hugs and blessings
Elizabeth
