Ever appealing to the eye you are
Do you meditate on such praise
As you perform in nature's theatrical
Pray tell how do you maintain your vivacity

By-and-by your vulnerability is revealed
Reveling in Heavenly Beams you secure your
Floral heart by stretching toward the East
Frantic that the Sun is in search of another to shine on
Oh how conditionally depressed you grow in solitude
As you hang your petal-adorned head in the eve

Yet on the splendid summer days you are a vivacious violet
Safe from worries of the night and Winter's chill
I too mirror your emotional pattern
Perhaps we can learn together to find the sun
And it's warmth in everything despite the foreshadowings

Perhaps we together can learn to find the sun.......the concept is as warm as the heart behind the words.

Some great beauty in some fine lines.
I have always like imagery in poetry, and flowers
are everything to imagery. They are god's gift
to poets (and to everyone else also). I enjoyed this very much

take care and write more like this

Richard
