Nightmares swirl in my head.
Old memories, Old thoughts, haunt me again.
They keep coming...never ending.
Will they ever go away?
Keep me away from sleep.
To keep them away from me.
A never ending nightmare,
Is where I live.
So should I sleep with nightmare after nightmare?
Or should I live in this nightmarish reality?
Tell me...

Dear vycky, I'm sorry about the nightmares. No, you shouldn't live in a nightmarish reality, nor should you have so many actual nightmares.
I voted you a 5 for the way you expressed this problem. Good writing and ability to express yourself should open opportunities to you.
About the problem, you must do good things for yourself, think and focus on your positives, forgive yourself for mistakes. Have some fun.
The nightmares will go away eventually when you are living a more positive lifestyle.
Write to me if you would like. I know from experience what you are talking about.
