none remain in this realm who can match the shimmering beauty
of her pale skin. Her hair of dark summer fire evokes from my heart,
a deep thrum of effervescent longing to share with her the gnawing
ache that I feel from her ever-present absence. I see in her eyes of earth
sundering deep green, an effulgent loveliness of mind and spirit.
I feel insufficient without her, for me her love and understanding
would be a boon; which would with time make me whole and reborn.

Her sparkling smile upon lips of an opalescent deep blush, show to me
the joy she has in her life and work. It brings a light like polished gold
into my heart to know she is happy and well. While forever more
it is likely that I will be alone and without her, I truly wish for her
eternal happiness. In time I will fade, to be remembered seldom
or not at all, for all I can do now is worship her from afar. I begin to
feel the wrenching claws upon my heart of emptiness and deep regret,
but for her I shall endure them all; since all I can do is love her from afar.

O maiden fair, I shall love you for your unmarred soul and then when
I shuck loose from my mortal coil will drift off in a state of bliss;
with a dream of you gently whispering farewell to thee my kindhearted
man, remember me and be at peace O valiant heart who dared to hold me dear. Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
