Smile so no hurt shows.
Fake it so no one will inquire.
Hide it to be a good little liar.

No, everything is fine.
No, there is not a sign.
No sign that something is wrong.
Got to hold back, got to be strong.

Fighting back all these tears.
Hiding all of these fears.
Waiting for a release.
Just wishing for some peace. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 176 [topic] => 61 [informant] => Elia [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => selfstruggles )

Your poem is right on. Sometimes we have to fake the way we really feel. Nice job here. Keep those poetic juices flowing.

There are probably many of us who can relate to this, especially poets. My cousins has a saying: "I am happiest when I am depressed". I do the same thing.

Other than being sad, this is still a fine little poem. Good job.
