this is one dad cannot fix
I will not deal with the little lies
or the stupid little tricks

what my children seem to overlook
is I have been right here before
but I never thought I'd see it from
the one's I do adore

the sad part is I see myself
in there sneaky little ways
their's not to much I havent seen
in my wilder days

but now I must correct
the things that have went on for to long
they may not be that serious
but in my eye's they still are wrong

so no matter if this seems hateful
& I will do what I must do
to show my love is unconditional
for everyone of you

someone's gonna get there feelings hurt
this is one dad cannot fix
I will not deal with the little lies
