is like the driven snow
well I think it's more
like mistletoe
it wraps around
& consumes its place
it continues to grow
in any given space
I've even heard said
of a gravitational pull
I don't know about you
but to me that's bull
the only gravity I know of
holds us on the ground
if it weren't for that
we could all float around
but I do think love is awesome
so many lessons we have learned
from being as lucky as can be
to really getting burned
even I have been there
many times throughout the years
I feel it's the embarrassment
that makes us shed the tears
well also because it's painful
so very deep inside
it can consume your every move
& always messes with your pride
so at least remember this
if your ignoring everything else
no matter what your love life is
always be yourself
