Now I feel as the angels do,

This beautiful soul was mine all along.
My world, my heart and my soul.
In his arms nothing could ever feel wrong.

As he speaks the words I've been longing to hear,

This is beautiful writing. This is one of those that could be open for interpretation and it sounds as though you're writing about Jesus, perhaps. After all, it does sound as though an angel has taken you to heaven.
