Red scented death calls a stray cat to breakfast.
The sun paints black the feline framed by the trash bin lid.
He looks for has promised meal, meal missing he licks at the blood and cries with regret into the empty morning.
A garbage truck transformed to Hearst mixes garbage with a small boy's body parts.
Mommy's hugs, butterfly kisses and dreams of puppy dogs away forever.
His lifeless refuge churns in the stomach of the four- wheeled beast the low muted growl , echoed through no cathedrals, herald no Angels and trumpeted no opening gates to heaven.
A torn T-shirt shredded blue jeans , remnants of innocence tumble as the beast droning eulogy fades distance.
The green beast vomits its rancid cargo.
The heat conducts the dump's stench to a crescendo.
Wing filtered sun plays broken shadows into sadness sweeping the vulgar landscape.
Pillaging gulls screech the only announcement of the boys’ arrival.
Profane mounds of life's discards yearn for darkness to blanket its benign sin.

In writing the book I fell in love with this child.
The attachmen made it impossible for me to write a horrible boody death scene.
So I worte one page of prose to leave the reader feeling emptied and hollow as I felt.
thank you so much for the reading and your comment

I really like this poem, I don't agree with the above comment except for that you did indeed paint a vivid picture. Great work, you wrote something very out of the ordinary, that was awesome!
