[bodytext] => I saw a cowboy in the clouds While riding herd today. This never is a good sign, So I tried to ride away. The sky then turned a purple gray And held some pink hues too. Only puffs of white remained And darkness then ensued. Lightning flashes struck the ground, I was sure I would be hit. Black and blue clouds drug the ground It’s wind and hale now spit. The cowboy rode his heavenward ride, I could not his presence shake. So I gave up on the notion That I would soon escape. I heard a thunder rolling deep Much louder than the herd. It sounded more like horses hooves Even though that sounds absurd. I stopped my horse and jumped right off, And pulled him down on top of me. Then closed my eyes and whispered prayers For salvation and safety. And when the storm had finally passed I saw a rainbow in the sky. Another ghost rider was forecast, And would soon be floating by!
