I am that touch that you will never feel, as I brush through your hair to let you know i am real.

I am the fear you feel when alone, your right to be afraid your not on your own.

I am the darkness that consumes your soul and I will never allow you to acheive any goal.

I am the tension that keeps you awake, I get in your head and let you know your every mistake.

I am the demon that you will never see but wherever you are when you feel scared that will be me! I am the wind that whistles through the trees, sends chills down your spine and leaves you weak at your knees.

I am the fear that keeps you alive,
when i come out, the brave run and hide.

lol very nice! i wrote a few like this a while back. I like that its from the perspective of fear.

Your poem does give of an certain kind of fear while at the same time makes you anticipate one thing in which it is something completely else. Nice poem!
