For you have denied me, the same respect that I bore
My words speak soft with remorse, not without spite
For my most trusted friend has done me wrong tonight

Mightiest of men know treacherous pain,
And clean it from them like dirt and stain
I myself am incapable of such a task
I can not hide my anger in triumphant mask

I hold up this sword, I hold myself steady
Fear not trusty shield, for we are ready
I charge at you, forgetting who you were
Hoping upon the ground, soon you will stir [comments] => 2 [counter] => 153 [topic] => 6 [informant] => xHeathenx [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => AngryPoetry )

Fighting often seems to come from rash decision making. Perhaps more people should think before they act.

I enjoyed the last two lines were my favorite, as they depicted the mindset of how you feel after you have been wronged.
