journal share. . . 1

A mindset. . . a state of mind. . .

I won't defend myself on this earth plane.
I won't be examined by a lame establishment or held hostage by esoteric claim. I don't want this at all.

What I do want. . . is simply to leave a legacy of sorts for the children of my child, & their children's children unto infinety. . . Of who I am & who I was & who I might have been. The thoughts & feelings that created & gave being to me. . . what held meaning & where I placed my intent & attention. If only I can represent this idea with honor & right action. . . Then they could behold the world through my eyes. If the true meaning of our being is to imulate our creator then certainly I want to exemplify, in my presence, all that is true & beautiful in a world so full of distraction, dillusion & deceit. & for their heart of hearts a hint of the secrets of compassion's garden, such as I know it to be. I desire above all else to cultivate & tend the spirit of peace & tranquilty that God so generously & lovingly bestowed upon my struggling soul. I understand we all struggle & we all fail but this is not our true nature & a truer understanding of of what is actually taking place is always awaiting our inner quest. Ultimately we all create our own reality after a certain time on earth including the reality of our mindset, thoughts feelings & actions that we consciously or unconsciously choose.. I want my sharing to unfold into understanding for those I hold so dear. . . but really for all the world & all of mankind. Let me sow seeds of hope & I will have fulfilled a lifetime. Let me spread a faithful spirit & unto this end I pledge Blessed be. Peace to all. Take a moment to breathe with me. . . hold onto dreams & cherish others. Spread your wings just to discover. Be real. Be true & never falter & if you do consider this good practice procee with laughter. When skies look dim shine all the brighter. I'd love to open every door for every other but all I can truly open is my own meek heart. . . to let love flow. . . in & out. . . I've found this to be most sufficient. I. . . humiliy. . . kindness. . . patience. . . charity. . . temperance. . . diligence. . . serenity. I embrace you. . . brothers & sisters. . .

Breathing. :)

I'm with you though the last line seems like it's missing something. I through humility maybe.

You're still one of the best and one of the sweetest ladies I know.

Thank you for this beautiful insight. Raw passion delights my senses. :)

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
