I do not want to hear about the end of times just yet,
I say you truly are an unholy prophet.

You're raping their minds like a babylon whore,
it seems that nothing is sacred anymore.
You fearloather have no shame,
all you want is a moment of fame.

What are you, spiritualist or man of science?
I cannot see through the mask of nonsense.
To confuse our heads use clever words you must,
but I don't buy that overnight, people turn to dust.

What exactly is your work, making people frightened?
and giving that you still believe your word should be christened.
Just because an ancient text said something about disasters,
we don't have to submit to that fate, we are our own masters.

You are said to be the voice of truth but what is it you bring,
a sorrowful message full of pain and suffering.
I do not want to hear about the end of times just yet,
I say you truly are an unholy prophet.

You're raping their minds like a babylon whore,

This is an awesome write.
ya know I don't do religion but I'm totally into God as in Go is luv.
Some religions use the scare tactic to bring people into their churches. That I don't bye either. They just want to fatten their own pockets.

I LOVE THIS POEM, " Raping their minds like a Babylon whore" is a great line, also very well written
