[hometext] => A Poem About The Hesitation Of A New Relaioship
[bodytext] => My common sense says no, but my heart says yes, To having these doubts, I must confess. I’m not sure I’m ready, or in the right place, Demons inside me, things still to face. To which voice should I listen? What advice should I take? Should I get moving in this, or slam on the brakes. The decision eludes me, and your patient’s wears thin, I’ve tried to explain what’s happened to me, who I am and where I’ve been. Will I lose you, if I can’t figure it out? To be honest, it would only confirm my doubt. Why can’t this be easy, love be simple and clean? Unfortunately it’s not, at least that’s what I‘ve seen. I can’t silence these doubts, no matter how hard I try, I wish I could quiet the voice, let your love slip by. Distract my brain, lower my defence, So I could explain, the senselessness of sense.
