[title] => THE WILD DOES CALL
[time] => 2011-12-11 11:47:56
[hometext] => Where Your Treasure Is, There Will Your Heart Be Found Also.
[bodytext] => His ears are raised toward heaven. His head turns to the wind. He hears familiar distant calls From someplace he might have been. The years have left him battle scarred. His days were never mild. But something draws him onward. It’s the calling out of the wild. Forgotten hardships long since past. Memories like vapors fade. But those remembered first or last, In his dreams often invade. Adversity is something he strove to Buck, Like the Yukon or the wild. But something always pulled him back, As if he heard a crying child. But battle scars and muscles taught, Sent him naught into retreat. He crawled low on his belly, To stand much taller on his feet. Now when he stands atop the tallest peek Haloed in the August moon. He lifts his head to wail his tune, Then takes his restful sleep.
