things look just how i left them
yea im up but i cant move nor can i speak
okay this is just a dream within a dream
ama just go back to sleep

(it was just a dream)

i open my eyes again
and the world looks how i left it
it looks all the same to me
i realize agian i cant speak nor move
confused
im wearing the same stuff i had on in the day
the moon still looks the same as it was today
(what going on today)
now im scared cuase i hear odd voices
something in here with me
i hear noises
that arent there
its crazy i feel like i cant wake up from a nightmare
i cant call for help im a wake in a dream but i cant scream
kus remember i cant speak nor move
i go back to sleep
open my eyes and again i see
the roof
i can say thank god ican feel my self move again
im really tired but i dont wanna shut my eyes
kus i dont wanna open my eyes again

I've woken up on more than one occasion being unable to move and also I've had those dreams where you think you're awake and you try to move or run but can't. It's scary. I try to focus on moving just one arm and try to concentrate on getting my adrenaline up. It takes a few seconds but I suddenly am able to move after that. May not work for you but hopefully. Wow it's been a while since I've been back here to my home away from. Missed all of you poets. Keep writing. truly , Doug

I strangle in my sleep and one night an angle woke me and and picked me up before I took my last breathe. They had me standing with my arms up. I couldn't do that on my own at the time. I have a chronic problem with my sinuses.
It use to upset me pretty bad but now that I the know angels watch over me while sleep I don't worry.
Great writing.
Blessings,
emy
