Emotions running high
swirling with the winds
deep inside I feel
another storm brewing again.

Melting within the world
walking in the rain.
Blending in the shadows
when the sun went away.

Such is life it seems
nature has her voice.
We mix with dark clouds
find beauty, its our choice.

Finding beauty in the midst of
the storm, and knowing it is
our own choice is very wise
indeed! Enjoyed this shelby!
Blessings,
Robert Edgar Burns (Rob)

Pivotal line nature has her voice! and so right in stating that choice is always there if not necessarily seen or recognised.Empathic and expressive and spoken as one who knows the storm well.

You rock Michelle! Really likin' this one! Like the anaolgy/metaphor. We are all one with the earth...all part of it and each other. Energy.

I like the "you take the picture I'll paint it in words or I'll paint it in words you take the picture" of yer presentation, Michelle. Hey, it's cowboy poet. Always loved yer stuff 'n' still do. Kudos.
