[hometext] => This was written when I was going through divorce and does not reflect my present frame of mind.
[bodytext] => Break the spell that binds me to a love once true; a love gone cold in one heart that burns another through. Take from me the memories shaped while passion ruled my soul Take from me the visions of the one who kept me whole. Free me from a world that haunts in daylight and in sleep, as I have freed the heart promissed me, mine to keep. Heal the hurt that claimed the place where happiness had been; the happiness that formed the man that I was back when. And though the pain's made less sharp by time's great healing hands; still looms a dreadful presence; ever over me it stands. And thus with whispering shadows, the path of life I share, searching for a day the long hours I can bear. Should that day n'er come, when my heart, anew, is light, into the next dimension I'll continue in the fight. I'll not succumb to devil's whim, nor snuff the flame within; Rather, I'll roam until I find that I can give and feel love again.
