Stop to smell the roses once in a while! [bodytext] => Have you ever watch the children at play,
wishing it was still you,
have you ever forgot the day,
to busy in all you do,
well stop & think what just passed you by,
slow down & enjoy,or you'll ask why,
have you ever at night lay in your bed,
going through all your daily chores,
thinking of it all in your head,
not realizing life is too short,
well stop a minute just to think,
life will pass you by,
just when you decide to blink,
slow down before you ask WHY,
Ever told a child will do it tomorrow,
not realizing what you said,
did you see in his eyes the sorrow,
just think of that instead,
Have you ever lost touch with a friend,
because time passed you by,
and a great friendship came to an end,
if you'd only stop to call & say hi!
Slow down, and think of this,
for life will slip away,
all those things you did miss,
because you were too busy today!

Have you ever watch the children at play,
wishing it was still you,
have you ever forgot the day,
to busy in all you do,
well stop & think what just passed you by,
slow down & enjoy,or you'll ask why,
