As I walk towards the shore,
I'd been lying there, in the sea,
Crying my eyes out over you.

As I walk towards the shore,
I look up unto the skies,
And there I see a wondrous sight,
Two lovers in the sky looking down on me.

His face touching hers, he holds her close,
Oh how I wish you would hold me like he,
He touches her face ever so gently,
Brushing his soft red lips against her angelic face.

I walk further up the shore, and meet an old man there,
He says unto me can you see the lovers tonight,
I answer him quietly, you mean you see them too,
Yes he says they were two loves that met here,
He died right here on these shores trying to save her.

I listen intently as he tells me the story of the lovers,
Three short years ago now, they were walking here on these very shores,
It was a hot summer night or so the story goes,
They decided to go out for a swim to refresh their skin.

They were swimming and laughing, having a wonderful time,
When suddenly Annabelle I have been told was her name,
Got caught in a wild undertoe, Amit was her Indian lover,
He was told not to go to her, he said he loved her so, and couldn't bare to lose her.
So he swam out and they both were pulled under and drowned,
You could here them yelling to one another as they were reaching out to be together,
He yelled to her that he loved her and if she was not going to survive then their could never be another,
She,
Annabelle chanted back to him that she could only ever have the need to be loved by him and him alone.

And so to this very day, when the moon is at is fullest and the stars shining the brightest they do in any other place,
If you are a lover in love you can see them their in the sky up above,
Then you know that your love will one day come for you.
