The very same peaceful feeling
That comes down to us from above.
A warmth that moves all over,
Put there by your matchless love.
It massages my restless spirit,
And soothes me deeply from within.
Just as the sun set in the sky
Sends rays to caress my skin.
The glow that shines out from me,
Is a reflection my Lord of you.
It follows me wherever I go,
And it reflects in everything I do.
I could add a thousand lines,
But then I’d never be through.
It lights my path before me,
And guides me straight ahead.
And it will still shine out from me,
Even years after I am dead.
For I’m basking in the warm light
For the SONSHINE of your love
Is You!

I’m basking in the sunshine
Of your glorious love.
The very same peaceful feeling
That comes down to us from above.
A warmth that moves all over,
Put there by your matchless love.
