Inside a restaurant sitting there
Her head lays on his shoulder,
As chicken nuggets they do share!

He puts his arm around her,
And with eyes closed gives a sigh.
She looks at ease beside her friend;
As the time goes swiftly by!

A playground in the restaurant
Will often draw them there.
But truth be told not that so much
As their presence anywhere.

A blue M & M on his Teeshirt.
A pink ribbon in her hair.
Both know when it is time to leave,
It will be too much to bear.

Our children who know how to love,
Must have seen it first at home.
For if you model love my friend,
Then our youth wonʼt turn to stone.

Lord bless my little children
To reflect what good they see.
And whenever their eyes are looking,
May only good be seen in me!
