As we approach the final frontier
all fighting against the fear
the final verse is about to start
and we all need to play our part
stand up and have your say
speak out against the injustice
and then maybe one day
we can live together in peace

sometimes a riot is the only thing that proves a problem is worth tackling. However, lots of injustice. Trouble is that people lose their identity in a crowd and behave in a way that they wouldn't normally. However, they are judged the morning after as if they acted in isolation.
Bankers are collecting their bonuses this year after nearly destroying society. Some british MP's "claimed" thousands of pounds in dodgy expenses "by mistake" and get a slap on the wrist. These same people then pour judgement on young rioters who nick a plasma T.V. Not that stealing is Okay- it clearly isn't.
worst case is a guy who was sentenced to six months prison for nicking approx £3 worth of water from a looted shop. Meanwhile, the police looked on and let it happen. These are crazy times we are living in. I just hope it doesn't get worse.

Lacks depth, only deals with the subject in a very shallow and uncomplex way. Its easy to read and easy to forget. |
