A cross-bred thought from a tangled mind. I could be lonelier than a San Francisco raindrop, but San Francisco raindrops never fall alone. I look people in the eyes and see only burnt out street lights. Houses littered with shattered fairytales, bedrooms that wreak of cheap perfume and decorated with lipstick stained collars...unfortunately you don't wear lipstick. I drift aimlessly, hidden between the words of the story that hasn't yet been told. My bloodless hands hold the pieces we are all so quick to throw away. Building an empire out of scraps and hollowed out words, the doors are never locked. You need not a key, but only a single moment of clarity to enter. The chess pieces are lined up, but there is no game to be played. The pawn was crowned a queen and now we don't need to sleep to dream. But who am I? and what is this? Words on a screen. That's ok. Because yesterday I watched a sparrow flap it's wings but never leave the ground. It took me only a second to pick the sparrow up and hold it to the sky...a lifetime achievement as I watched it fly away. Sometimes all we need is a single moment of selflessness to see things in a way we once might not ever have. Maybe if I flap my wings, someone will hold me up to the sky. I can trust in the fact that it will never happen and hold a candle of hope to the thought that it might.

WISE WORDS in a dreamy scene. Never been to San Francisco but felt like I had as I read you're little piece. Last time I touched a live bird I had the eartha kitts for 2 days so I guess every action as an equal and opposite reaction!
