[hometext] => Oh the Lord is great, and so forgiving!
[bodytext] => Walking in darkness
I walked in darkness for so long, I began to lose my way. There was no meaning in my life, To get me through the day. And soon I started to fumble, And fell to the ground. And in the chance I did look up, I found my loved one not around. Had my heart harden so much, That I had failed to see. That I was not longer the type of person, That I use to be. I cried out to the Lord, Tell me what had I done, Am I not the same brother, father or son. And the Lord spoke back to me, And this is what he said. You let the world into your heart, And left your religion for dead. I asked for his forgiveness, And the chance to make it right. And as soon as I gave my heart, A new path was clear in sight. Soon my life was whole again, And peace was in stored, Never will I ever, Walk in darkness any more.
