Worry tremors through the deepest tendons
My wheeling
and ever tender sanity is threatened

Emotion is hazing logic
The endless pit of wrenching guilt sits heavy
I scold myself in a tone, caustic
The walls are crubling in my levee

Stop it when it starts
Control is barely feasable
So I seek help from my heart
I hope I can be teachable

Analizing, re-analizing and over-analizing some more

Anal-izing, Ah ha!

I swallow the therapy and ingest the pill
Then try to focus attention
Rid me of my ill
Loose the dam of emotional repression

Listen to my logic
A turn of determination sits heavy
I talk to myself in a tone, not caustic
Building brigdes in my levee

Anxiety, Ah ha!

That's some write. Analyzing and re-analyzing one's self can be a neverending adventure. Seems after all the therapy and meds and post it notes all we're left with is a bill. Really quite a potent piece. The second to final line, "Building brigdes in my levee" could probably use a real quick spellcheck to fix bridges. Great write.

Very well written,i i remember that feeling well, but we can all self heal , your body eventually counteracts the damaging effects of adrenaline and cortisol by producing oxytocin, which is known as the love hormone which is produced when you have a baby to aid the bonding process, and the body and mind respond to it by making even more receptors which then increases our ability to love and feel at ease.
