When she grabs my hand I feel complete,
Just as much as when she lets go I feel alone.
The first time i saw her walk towards me was the first time i truly believed in love at first sight.
Just as quickly as she turned past a car for me to lay eyes on her for the first time, She walked down the stairs and turned out of my sight.
My heart dropped as i looked to the floor and put my head in my hands.
I felt so empty.
I sat there with people all around me but yet.
I was alone.
Tears started to slowly flow from my eyes.
I leaned back and looked down to the stairs, praying and hoping to see her coming back to me for just one last kiss.
Just one last hug.
One last look into her eyes.
One last feeling of my true loves hand.
One last feeling of being complete.
I sit there all alone as lights and noise come all around me to take me away from her.
I wipe off my tears, lift up my bags, and take one last look down those stairs.
The simple concrete steps and green painted railings that I watched my true love walk down.
I never thought something as simple as watching someone walk down stairs and take a simple right turn would be in my heart forever.
I jumped up a few steps and paced up and down.
Threw my hood over my face as i blocked out all noise.
I looked down.
Holding her name in my hands. Her words on my arms. Her face in my mind. Her kiss in my lips.
And most of all, her love in my heart.
Took one last look around the crowded train.saw many bodies but no faces.
The only one i could see and imagine is hers.
With tears dripping from my eyes I'm slowly getting further and further from my true love.
Surrounded by people everywhere.
But I sit here alone and waiting.
For the next time i can see her walk down a flight of stairs.
And i feel this pain inside telling me that it is obvious.
Feelings that only come once in a lifetime. For a person that is one in a million.
Only for the person that can make you cry by simply walking down stairs and making that final right turn.

Man, I totally know where you're coming from....
This brought back a lot of memories I've tried to forget...
Life goes on, and it gets better.

Thank you for sharing this.

Best of wishes,

Cameron
