[bodytext] => How does an amazing high, Bring an inevitable low? Round and round in circles, I've got nowhere to go. You pull and change me, Excite and derrange me, Magnitude of emotions, Totally unmeasurable. Up I go and downward I fall, It's crazy, I'm lazy, I can't be bothered, Annoyed and lethargic, Another 'I love you' is uttered. It's easy to say this, believe me I know, I can feel you don't mean it, By the complete disregard that you show. Why must you hurt me, I don't understand, Only when it's convenient for you, Or I'm at hand, So hot and cold, Unbelievably erratic, You trick and deceive me, My heart torn and shattered. Don't I deserve better? Am I not good enough? I've had it with you, And your policy of 'tough love', I know you don't love me, It's plain to see, Plain and obvious, How you see me. So why do I love you, I don't understand, You've given me desolate darkness, Not the promised land. I hate that you make me cry, And at the drop of a hat, I leave everything, I come running back. So maybe I deserve it, Cos baby you see, If I believe you're as good as it gets, You're all I'll achieve. Should I aim higher, Or, stay as I am, Wrapped around your finger, Crushed by your palm. Broken and hurting, In the depths of it all, In a place I try to escape, Yet, further I fall. Is love really this painful, Why can't I smile, I'm under your spell, It's potent and vile. One day I'll break free, Eventually, In a while, I must and I shall, Or my soul will just die. .
