obediantly jesturing
waving toward heroic
leaning in. . .

caressed by the stirring
of your entering the room

marveling as (our) music
peels to silence
what could be more beautiful. . .
the free-verse of heart b e a t

now lips
red. . .
as rationally possible
alluring. . . furiously deserving

understanding, cupped delicately
hangs from defensive hands
curiousity touching the pale digits,
one by one,
as the spell lingers. . .
resolves to fleshy interpretation

complicated sighs. . .

just beneath the sultry surface,
anticipation
reaches the thinest membrane
a spidery, veiny network of desire. . .

expecting. . . but not this. . .
this. . . aching inebriation in polymathic layers

next, I split my hunger
into & am gratefully consumed
the courtesy of fire, a palatable state

sacredly, thighs, aqueous now
offer up the atmosphere of flow & ebb
& in depths lined sweetly with
whispers & breathless
adoration
we cave in. . .
upon ourselves
& softly pledge [comments] => 3 [counter] => 245 [topic] => 18 [informant] => elle [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 8 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Holiday Poetry )

*****, there are a lot of levels to this but what I seem to mainly get out of this is: (and I'm trying to edit myself to adhere to site rules)

Even though they don't seem to get along anymore they can still have that crazy wild sex.

But then again, it could also be a stagecoach robbery for all I know.

Smile!

Really, I envisioned a stagecoach when I read this:

from the shadowy beginning
obediantly jesturing
waving toward heroic
leaning in. . .

don't know why. Smile!

Brilliantly done elle! Your writing is on another level and I have always enjoyed it. Intelligent lines that flow smoothly from start to finish. Always a pleasure to read your work.

Do not know how I missed this one?! You knocked it out of the park! and as always I have a fav. line,

'what could be more beautiful. . .
the free-verse of heart b e a t'

You made me think of sex confused as love. I so dislike that word...L O V E
