i thought we'd genuinely last forever
i know there's only me who is to blame

i would have given all i had for you
and even now i know id give it all
to have the chance to take back my mistake
taht caused out perfect paradise to fall

i never know that i could be so cruel
with something that i thought id never do
i still have no idea how it happened
how did i let it happen..i loved you

and two years on i still ask myself how
how i pushed and hurt and let you go
now you've moved on and i have been forgotten
a pleasure that i doubt ill ever know

i miss you i miss us and i miss me
ive torn myself apart i cant forgive
im sorry im so sorry that it happened

i can really relate to this poem. its really good i felt as if it was for me. not long a go a poem kinda like this was sent to me from my ex. but it was longer about 10 pages. good job

Move on, and next time, don't make the same mistake. Its harsh I know, but reality is not always kind. you will find love again.

its rough..but you'll get through. my favorite lines in this were:" i still have no idea how it happened
how did i let it happen..i loved you"
these lines are so emotional, and true..they made me sigh..
