All of my efforts
have lead me to this place
Where I'm so bored
and alone

I could resurface
To say hello
But I can't change
my stripes

I could muster the effort
To give you a hug
and make you feel better
but where would that leave me?

No other posts will be accepted from you until your comment count at least equals the amount of posted poetry. You can either bring up your comment count or have some older posts removed. Your choice, but again, no further posts until your comment to poem ratio is 1:1 and maintained at 1:1.

Why bother?

All of my efforts

very lyrical, and yes, what's the point sometimes, if all our actions leave us where we were. well written.
