Array ( [sid] => 163978 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Every Night [time] => 2010-12-29 08:07:31 [hometext] => Sometimes it just too hard to fall a sleep! [bodytext] => Up all night as it turned to morning
Hoping for a sound to make me sing
My endless mind and thoughts it brings
Unable to sleep thinking about things

Times together that may not seem so much
I recall the feeling of wanting to touch
Somewhere hidden I knew it would never be
Now I am asking is that because of me

Should I have dared and thrown the dice
Instead of evaluating summing the price
I think perhaps I was too scared
And for that perhaps you never dared

Or is it that I was never a choice
Regardless of sound or my screaming voice
The echo in my head fills with verse
The words just spinning as if a curse

In a game of scrabble the letters so true
The only words are words of you
Every day I try so hard
To shuffle the deck and hide your card

But like a magician living inside
I turn your card unable to hide
With the game of words and only one card
Life doesn’t seem it could be so hard.

Then reality and in my life I feel sparse
I lay in bed awake and begin to parse
For so many years I’ve had you in my head
And there you will stay until I am dead.

A moment of clarity or feeling resigned
But these are my thoughts to which I bind
As I lock your door safe in my mind
Knowing what I will again open and find

tell me, would you loose her if you dared transparency? boldness?..if you dont have her to begin with?
so regardless, you'll be on the same ground. so why not try?
