so that my pain doesn't seem
like it's most of what I've been.

Screaming....
Crying...

Still no one can reach through
even though I know you tried.

So please don't wake me
from all I've ever dreamed.
Please don't make me
fall away further than I am.

With everything I do
I'd have done it all for you.
But I can't reach to touch you
when I shoved you away.

I'd give up forever to not feel
all the pain buried deep inside.
I'd give up my soul
to have you forever.

I know it can not be.
It's true you may never see.
Forever I will bear it.

Maybe in dreams I'll see you again. [comments] => 7 [counter] => 283 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Black13 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

A moving write that allows you inside a persons psyche and how much they are suffering. Well written lines that have a mystique about them. This was a nice read. I like the title as well.

OH.! This is crushing. So perfectly pieced.

Hopelessness drips from each frame. Love is indeed a fragile
thing. And the human circumstance after loss is almost unbearable.
You've really captured the heartache here. It is almost too painful to read ..

Simple words yet a powerful message. Very pretty.
