Array ( [sid] => 162471 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Victim of Your Own Hands [time] => 2010-09-26 02:04:06 [hometext] => A poem about the post-depression from losing someone you loved, and they died because of their own choice [bodytext] => I can see what you see not,
Your eyes have weakened, my vision has grown
You feel cold, but I feel warmth
For you have relinquished what I still own

We share a world in which we choose,
Between the things we love and hate
But once you've chosen to close your eyes
Its your own fault, that you've no longer a fate

Think of the tears that you made
The lives you changed, the lives you hurt
But what do you care? These words no longer serenade
Your sight is gone, and to you this poem has no worth

It wasn't worth what you have done
You reached incorrectly, and pulled the wrong way
Now never more, shall you see the sun
You put your soul up for grabs, marking your last day [comments] => 3 [counter] => 234 [topic] => 36 [informant] => TheWildBeliever [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 2 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Suicide )

A very profound piece of writing. The subject is sad but you deal with it sensitively with your well chosen words, very good writing well done.

Do not be angry at the person who killed them self. You absolutely have to be in their shoes to understand only what they felt.
