The soul's sihouette outstretched before me mystifies;
Evolving its cloak from morning til night,
the black reflection mirrors my soul,
a faceless, mysterious me
my shadow is one step ahead;
at times it seems to act on its own will.
My shadow lives on mysterious and lonely.
Some mysteries exist to remain unsolved.

Sometimes I think we are the greatest mystery to be worked out and understood in our lives and this gives me a real sense of self understanding and acceptance esp the last two lines.....some mysteries exist to remain unsolved..... we sometimes just need to accept who we are in order to have a sense of peace
