i can feel it in me
my anger trying to break free
the anger i've bottled for so long
i just want it to be gone
i dont know what will become of me
if i let let my anger run free
if i unlock the cage
will i be filled with a rage?

or will it break me to my core?

I can certainly understand this good write.
One way is to do what u r doing right now.
Write it out even if no one else see's it. Just vent it out.
