The good

He kisses my stretch marks
And still tell me he loves me
He eats my bad cooking
And tells me it’s yummy

He laughs at my jokes
Even when they’re not funny
Compliments my body
Whilst cuddling my tummy

He makes me feel good
When I get down
And when I need love
He’s always around

The bad

My god is he grumpy
And wow does he snore
A grumpy old man
That’s sometimes a bore

He moans about money
And moans about work
He moans on the weather
It drives me berserk

He smokes far too much
And swears quite a bit
Who he offends
He doesn’t give a ****

The ugly

The first thing that he does
As his day starts
Is lays in the bed
And lets out a series of farts

And would you believe
Once he’s eaten his meal
He continues to burp
Just to seal the deal

After intimate times
As we share a fag
He looks in my eyes
And asks for another shag

The truth

For all of his flaws
I have to admit
That deep down inside
I love him to bits

He’s handsome and witty
Kind and sincere
As for being unfaithful
I have no fear

So this poems for you
And here is the proof
You’re the love of my life
The good, the bad, the ugly and the truth
