Free to choose what happens to my own body
I chose to give life, but fate had other plans for this still-barren womb
Government offering bargain basement abortions at $600-$800 a pop
Adoption lends no bargain
Insurance lends no hand
“Fertility issues not covered,” a cold voice bellows from a cruel world
Free to choose, Free to choose

Free to choose religion
I chose to follow the path less taken, a path (for me) closer to God
Society shuns, Media misunderstands
Organized religion is chaos
Ignorance is bliss
“Wicca is of the Devil,” a booming voice commands from a listless television
Free to choose, Free to choose

Free to choose my elected leaders
I chose peace and abundance, but the conservative right had other plans
Republicratic Nation gasping for new breath, suffocated by the indifference of the masses
War for pay
Death for oil
“The Middle Class is dying,” a hopeless voice whispers inside of my head
Free to choose, Free to choose

Of these choices, I’ll take none

Well the element of choice is basically a pretty little illusion created by society. if choice is so abundant, then why do 90% of people do basically the same thing with their lives?
