That warm spring day,
Sitting together in the alley.
You told me everything would be ok.
"Don't cry," you said.
"I'm here now."
But the next day you left.
I felt so alone as I watched you turn away.
With your black curly hair and blonde streaks.
Your jacket that I loved so much to wear,
On those cold winter days.
Now I'm left with nothing,
But this note I hold and these tears,
Running slowly down my face.
Remember that star-shaped bracelet you gave me?
"You'll always be a star in my heart," you said.
But then you left,
And with you went the world. [comments] => 3 [counter] => 158 [topic] => 22 [informant] => sodapopsuicide [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

To feel or told u are needed, and then discarded is a terrible thing to endure..

sometimes the other person goes from "victim" to "perpetrator'" and we don't see it until it's too late... just as u think u have figured them out.. they change so dramatically than you can but think u were part of their master plan all along..

hang tuff.. u learned a valuable lesson.. as i try to say.. don't think about it.. but don't forget it.
