I've been there before. Continue writing and let the words be the outlet of your state. You have a talent for this wordplay that expresses exactly where you are. Taking the reader with you to that place just exemplifies how great a poet you really are.

Your poem clearly expresses the sadness of hopelessness. A good highly emotional write.
