I need someone to listen but don't know who to call.
In my head I hear these voices and see visions of my death.
They are telling me that no one cares so why breathe another breath.
They have filled me with this anger so that I even hate my folks.
I have thought of lacing their food until it makes them choke.
My life is in torment,I no longer have the will to fight.
I have blacked out all my windows,I don't deserve to see sunlight.
My mind is wrapped in chaos,I can't even think a happy thought.
The voices tell my end it now, remember that gun you bought.
It will not hurt much,Release yourself from all this pain.
Then I heard a new voice say,You don't have to die in vain.
He said that he could free my heart and set my mind at ease.
Before I could ask him how he said,Just call my name, fall to your knees.
I asked him who he was for his voice I'd never heard.
He said my name is Jesus,I'm the Messiah and known as the word.
Right here in my bedroom I fell to my knees and called his name.
He washed away the voices and my life's never been the same.
He cleansed me of my sin,Dipped in his blood I'm now white as snow.
I know that I am not alone,He is with me where ever I go.
I even made up with my Dad,He's a cool person to know.
Jesus stopped the voices and said my mind is free to roam.
But I keep my thoughts on Jesus for with him I feel at home.
Jesus truly loves us all and wants to free our minds from pain.
If you are tormented like I was just go to your knees and call his name.

you penned the truth of God out so well into a work of poetry. I love this work of art/writing. I believe more people should appreciate this and comment it. This is truth and needs to be recognized by all. I hope your message gets across to all,
Deidra
