living life more honestly
trying to fit in this world of disease
its always there even if u dont see
im ready to leave and be on my way
to the sky above where there is no gray
waitng for my time to come
i sit alone among everyone
i try to speak, but i am not heard
as he tells me to keep spreading his word
i now watch time travle away
and wonder my self what to say
as the doubt fills my mind
it can consume some one over time
i keep telling my self he is the way
and live for god and never stray
even tho its hard in a world of lies
we must listen carefully and open our eyes
the truth is out there and it must be told
one who has faith in god will enter the city of gold
i hope i get to see you ther some day
but untill then all i can do is pray.

I can relate to this poem and you wrote it well. To have faith is not easy living in this world and sometimes when we have been stripped bare of all our worldly thoughts prayer is the only thing we have left. But it reminds us how important prayer is.
