[bodytext] => Sang-froid It's the ice and pain that made me insane, And the obvious cold shoulder, But eyes can flicker, A little quicker To save the looks that smoulder. Touching the void of a heartless person, And when I hope for, The deterioration to worsen. I smile at the self-harm When pain acts as a release And blood is a means to calm Why wouldn't I worry When I can tell more from you When you ignore. So listen when I promise In the quiet and dark To not suffice and keep my distance smart. Hopeful hearts can live well together Whilst your colours beam in any weather Melancholy and soaked through For these moments I live in you. We found the otherside Where all hardships can but subside. To cross the guilty hole, Wasn't easy, so we stole. The most beautiful moments ever recorded. Without sound nor sight to spare, You were left inside my abstract stare. Alone and fully exalted. jayjay19, PLEASE: To help keep this site INTERACTIVE, please read and comment on at least 3 poems for each one you submit.
